James Torres embarked on his journey in the animal care field in 2009 when he began working at an animal hospital. It was here that he discovered his true passion for working with dogs, particularly those deemed difficult or challenging—dogs that many others hesitated to approach. This experience ignited a drive within him to make a difference in the lives of these misunderstood animals.
Following his time at the animal hospital, James joined a renowned training company on Long Island, where he honed his skills and trained hundreds of dogs with various behavioral issues, spanning all ages and breeds. His dedication and expertise allowed him to successfully transform the lives of these dogs, earning their trust and fostering positive behaviors.
In 2015, fueled by his passion and experience, James took a bold step and branched out on his own to establish his own dog training business. A key aspect of his approach is working closely with dog owners to ensure proper training and communication techniques are implemented at home. By combining his background in veterinary care with his extensive dog training knowledge, he helps owners understand their dogs’ needs, promoting a collaborative environment for effective training.
